摘　　要：建筑电气是所有建筑能正常运行和使用的重要保障。只有建筑电气的故障率降低了,才能使各种社会活动得以顺利开展,提高企业的经济效益,保障广大人民群众的财务和生命安全。如果能在建筑电气安装施工过程把各种不利因素都考虑并改进到位后,就能使整个工程项目得以升值,也能降低维修保养成本,还能保证工程项目的顺利运行并提高生产效益。Building electrical is an important guarantee for the normal operation and use of all buildings.Only when the failure rate of building electrical equipment is reduced can various social activities be carried out smoothly,the economic benefits of enterprises be improved,and the financial and life safety of the general public be guaranteed.If various unfavorable factors can be considered and improved in the construction process of building electrical installation,the entire project can appreciate value,reduce maintenance costs,and ensure the smooth operation of the project and improve production efficiency.
