摘  要:目前四道沟选矿厂选矿工艺为干选-磨矿-湿式磁选,因矿石中赤铁矿、菱铁矿、褐铁矿等弱磁性矿含量较高,精矿回收率仅为34.87%,金属流失较为严重。为提高精矿回收率,增加经济效益,对四道沟Ⅷ矿体原矿进行磁化焙烧-磁选试验研究,原矿经焙烧后,精矿回收率可达64.07%,较原矿直接磨选回收率提高29.2个百分点,该工艺产业化后有望大幅提高选矿厂经济效益。At present,the beneficiation process of Sidaogou Concentrator is dry separation-grinding wet magnetic separation.Due to the high content of hematite,siderite,limonite and other weak magnetic minerals in the ore,the recovery rate of concentrate is only 34.87%,and the metal loss is relatively serious.In order to improve the recovery rate of concentrate and increase economic benefits,the magnetic roasting and magnetic separation test study was conducted on the raw ore of SidaogouⅧorebody.After the raw ore is roasted,the recovery rate of concentrate can reach 64.07%,which is 29.2 percentage points higher than the recovery rate of direct grinding of raw ore.The industrialization of this process is expected to greatly improve the economic benefits of the concentrator.
