摘 要:利用扫描电镜和能谱分析了409L热轧刮伤缺陷的形貌和成分,缺陷处存在有氧化皮的残留。结合缺陷发生特点和过程工艺分析明确了缺陷产生的机理,C、N含量的降低导致409L高温强度偏低。在现行工艺条件下409L精轧上夹送辊对带钢的压力大于其屈服强度,更易产生黏辊造成刮伤类缺陷。The morphology and composition of 409L hot rolling scratch defects were analyzed by SEM and EDS.Combined with the defect occurrence characteristics and process analysis,the mechanism of defect generation was defined,the reduction of C and N content led to the low temperature strength of 409L.Under the current process conditions,the pressure of the pinch roll on the strip steel in 409L finishing rolling was greater than its yield strength,which was more likely to produce scratches caused by sticky roll.
