有组织科研推动下提升高校社科成果转化对策建议

摘　　要：社科成果转化是高校社科工作中的重要一环,但高校人文社科成果转化普遍处于薄弱环节。在科技创新发展,强化有组织科研大背景下,如何加强顶层设计,统筹各方力量协同推进高校社科成果转化是值得探讨的问题。结合笔者长期基层社科管理工作实践,建议从深化成果转化认识,夯实思想之基;完善成果转化激励政策,打造制度之约;理顺成果转化应用路径,彰显组织之优;优化成果转化质量,担当时代之责四个路径齐发力,进一步推动高校开展有组织的社科成果转化工作。The transformation of social science achievements is an important part of social science work in colleges and universities,but the transformation of humanities and social science achievements in colleges and universities is generally a weak link.Under the background of scientific and technological innovation development and the strengthening of organized scientific research,how to strengthen the top-level design and coordinate all the forces to promote the transformation of social science achievements in colleges and universities is an issue worth exploring.Combined with the author's long-term grass-roots social science management practice,it is recommended to deepen the understanding of the transformation of results,to consolidate the ideological foundation;improve the transformation of results incentive policy,to create a system of contract;rationalize the application of the transformation of the results of the application of the path,to highlight the organizational excellence;optimize the quality of the transformation of the results of the era of the responsibility of the four paths of the concerted efforts,and to further promote the university to carry out the transformation of the results of the social science of the organized work.
