摘　　要：本文阐述了我国科技产业中科技情报三元结构的内涵与结构,在这种三元结构下的湖南省区域科技情报创新的诸多问题函待解决。针对这些问题,提出了湖南省区域科技情报创新发展的战略思路。This paper expounds the connotation and structure of the ternary structure of science and technology information in China's science and technology industry.Under this ternary structure,there are many problems to be solved in the innovation of regional science and technology information in Hunan Province.This paper puts forward the strategic thinking of the innovation and development of the regional sci-tech information of Hunan Province.
