中药免煎配方颗粒对儿童服药率影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药免煎配方颗粒对儿童服药率的影响。方法:选择儿科常见病患儿104例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为汤剂组与配方颗粒组各52例。汤剂组给予传统中药汤剂治疗,配方颗粒组给予中药免煎配方颗粒治疗。观察2组患儿服药率及药物销售金额。结果:配方颗粒组服药率为63.46%,优于汤剂组40.38%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配方颗粒组各个时间段的药物销售金额均高于汤剂组(P<0.05),且随时间推移呈上升趋势(P<0.05);汤剂组各时间段药物销售金额比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用中药免煎配方颗粒有利于提高儿科患者服药率,并能提高药物销售金额,且销售金额呈上升趋势状态。Objective:To observe the influence of Chinese medicine decocting-free formula granules on children medication rate.Methods:A total of 104 children with common diseases were selected as the study objects and divided into the decoction group and the formula granules group according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The decoction group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction,and the formula granule group was treated with Chinese medicine decocting-free formula granules.The children medication rate and the sales amount of medicine in the two groups were observed.Results:The medication rate was 63.46% in the formula granules group,better than that of 40.38% in the decoction group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The sales amount of medicine in the formula granules group was higher than that in the decoction group at all periods(P<0.05),and showed an increasing trend as time goes on(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of the sales amount of medicine in the decoction group at different periods(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine decocting-free formula granules helps to increase the medication rate in children,and enhance the sales amount of medicine,which shows an increasing trend.
