解痉纠偏针联合静态平衡仪治疗脑卒中后偏瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察解痉纠偏针联合静态平衡仪治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将104例脑卒中后偏瘫患者分为对照组、观察组,每组52例。对照组给予静态平衡仪训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予解痉纠偏针治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,步态参数,以及简易平衡评定系统测试量表(mini-BESTest)、Berg平衡功能评定量表(BBS)、Ashworth分级评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率94.23%,高于对照组80.77%(P<0.05)。2组步速、步频、步长均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组步速、步频、步长均较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。2组mini-BESTest、BBS评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组mini-BESTest、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组Ashworth分级评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组Ashworth分级评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解痉纠偏针联合静态平衡仪治疗能有效提高脑卒中后偏瘫患者的平衡功能,缓解痉挛状态,改善步态。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiejing Jiupian Needling combined with static balance apparatus for hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with hemiplegia after stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received static balance apparatus training and treatment,and the observation group received Jiejing Jiupian Needling based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effects,gait parameters,as well as the scores of Mini-Balance Evaluation Systems Test(mini-BESTest),Berg Balance Scale(BBS) and Ashworth grading were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was94.23% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.77% in the control group(P<0.05).The gait speed,stride frequency,and stride length in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of mini-BESTest and BBS in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of mini-BESTest and BBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Ashworth grading scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Ashworth grading score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiejing Jiupian Needling combined with static balance apparatus can effectively improve the balance function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,alleviate spasticity,and improve gait.
