摘　　要：介绍戴淑青教授基于和解少阳理论针药结合治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验。戴淑青教授认为,周围性面瘫的发病由于外邪壅滞面部经脉,导致少阳枢机不利,面部官窍开合失司;治疗上,运用“和解少阳”理论,针刺常规用穴及外关、丘墟两穴,同时配合内服小柴胡汤加减方,针药结合治疗该病,临床疗效满意。This paper introduces Professor DAI Shuqing's clinical experience in treating peripheral facial paralysis by combining acupuncture and medicine based on the theory of harmonizing Shaoyang.Professor DAI Shuqing believes that the incidence of peripheral facial paralysis is due to the obstruction and stagnation of external pathogens,leading to the disturbance of Shaoyang pivot and the failure of facial orifices to control the closing and opening.In his treatment,based on the theory of harmonizing Shaoyang,Professor DAI applies acupuncture at conventional points as well as Waiguan point(SJ 5) and Neiguan point(PC 6),and adopts the internal administration of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction.The combination of acupuncture and medicine leads to a satisfactory clinical effect.
