摘　　要：介绍名老中医杨少山治疗功能性便秘的临床经验。杨少山认为,现今功能性便秘的病因主要为食居无常、情志失调,病机的关键在于五脏不调,肝脾为要。肝脾不和者,治宜疏肝健脾、润肠通便,多以逍遥散辨证加减;脾虚湿蕴者,治宜健脾祛湿、导滞通便,多以自拟健脾导滞汤辨证加减;气虚津亏者,治宜健脾益气、滋阴润肠,多以增液汤合五仁丸辨证加减。简言之,临证强调以健脾和胃为先,运用疏肝健脾和胃行气法,随证加减。This paper introduces the clinical experience of YANG Shaoshan,a renowned Chinese medicine physician,in treating functional constipation.YANG Shaoshan holds that the main causes of functional constipation nowadays are irregular diet,unhealthy lifestyle,and emotional disorders.The key to the pathogenesis is the disharmony of the five viscera,with the liver and spleen being the main factors.Patients with the liver-spleen disharmony should take the measures of soothing the liver and fortifying the spleen and moistening the intestines to promote defecation,and modified Xiaoyao Powder based on syndrome differentiation is commonly used.For those with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,the appropriate treatment is to fortify the spleen and dispel dampness and remove stagnation by promoting defecation,and the common medication is modified self-made Jianpi Daozhi Decoction based on syndrome differentiation.The treatment for those with qi deficiency and fluid inadequacy is to fortify the spleen and boost qi and enrich yin and moisten the intestines,often with modified Zengye Decoction and Wuren Pills based on syndrome differentiation.In short,clinical treatment prioritizes fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach and uses the methods of soothing the liver,fortifying the spleen,harmonizing the stomach,and promoting qi movement,with the medication based on syndrome differentiation.
