摘　　要：介绍黄尧洲教授治疗瘙痒性皮肤病的临床经验。黄尧洲教授认为瘙痒性皮肤病的病机为心神失调;从“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”的中医理论出发,创镇心安神法;运用龙牡汤加减治疗瘙痒性皮肤病及相关病症如慢性荨麻疹、银屑病及掌跖脓疱病、特应性皮炎、慢性单纯性苔藓等,形成独特的理、法、方、药、用,同时注重生活及饮食调养,故可取得较好临床的疗效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Yaozhou in the treatment of itchy dermatitis.Professor HUANG believes that the pathogenesis of itchy dermatitis is the disorder of the heart spirit.He creates a method of tranquilizing the heart and calming the mind based on the Chinese medicine theory of “all pains,itch,and sores are ascribed to the heart”,and uses modified Longmu Decoction to treat itchy dermatitis and related diseases such as chronic urticaria,psoriasis,palmoplantar pustulosis,atopic dermatitis,chronic simplex lichen,etc.,forming his unique theory,method,prescription,medication,and usage.Good clinical effects can be achieved with the combination of the treatment and the regulation of daily living and diet.
