摘　　要：目的 探究子痫前期(PE)病人胎盘组织中信号转导及转录活化因子3(STAT3)、长链非编码RNA肿瘤易感候选基因11(lncRNA CASC11)表达水平与胎盘螺旋动脉重铸的关系。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年4月于沧州市人民医院行剖宫产分娩的68例PE病人为PE组,并选取同期该院行剖宫产分娩的68例健康孕妇为健康组。比较PE组、健康组一般资料及胎盘组织中STAT3 mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平;分析PE病人胎盘组织中STAT3 mRNA表达水平与lncRNA CASC11的相关性;比较健康组与PE组胎盘螺旋动脉管壁厚度、管腔面积;分析PE病人胎盘组织中STAT3 mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平与胎盘螺旋动脉管壁厚度、管腔面积的相关性。结果 PE组病人舒张压、收缩压高于健康组(P<0.05),胎盘组织中STAT3mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平分别为0.40±0.14、0.46±0.15,低于健康组的1.04±0.35、1.01±0.34(P<0.05),胎盘螺旋动脉管壁厚度高于健康组(P<0.05),管腔面积小于健康组(P<0.05);PE病人胎盘组织中STAT3 mRNA表达水平与lncRNA CASC11,及STAT3 mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平与胎盘螺旋动脉管腔面积均呈正相关(P<0.05),STAT3 mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平与胎盘螺旋动脉管壁厚度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PE病人胎盘组织中STAT3 mRNA、lncRNA CASC11表达水平均较低,二者均与胎盘螺旋动脉重铸关系密切,可能为临床诊治PE提供新方向。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) and long non-coding RNA tumor susceptibility candidate gene 11(lncRNA CASC11) in placental tissue and placental spiral artery remodeling of patients with preeclampsia(PE).Methods A total of 68 PE patients who underwent cesarean delivery in Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the PE group,and 68 healthy pregnant women who underwent cesarean delivery were taken as the healthy group.The general data and the expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and lncRNA CASC11in placental tissue of PE group and healthy group were compared;the correlation between STAT3 mRNA expression level and lncRNA CASC11 in placental tissue of PE patients was analyzed;the wall thickness and lumen area of the placental spiral artery were compared between the healthy group and the PE group;the correlation between the expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and lncRNA CASC11 in placental tissue of PE patients and the wall thickness and lumen area of the placental spiral artery was analyzed.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the PE group were higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05),the expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and lncRNA CASC11 in the placenta tissue were 0.40±0.14 and 0.46±0.15,respectively,which were lower than those of the healthy group(1.04±0.35,1.01±0.34)(P<0.05),and the thickness of the placental spiral artery wall was higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05),the lumen area was smaller than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);the expression level of STAT3 mRNA in placental tissue of PE patients was positively correlated with lncRNA CASC11,and the expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and lncRNA CASC11 were positively correlated with the lumen area of placental spiral artery(P<0.05),the expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and lncRNA CASC11 were negatively correlated with the thickness of the placental spiral artery wall(P<0.05).Conclusion The e
