晚期宫颈癌患者双抗治疗后持续膀胱出血治疗与护理1例

摘　　要：宫颈鳞癌出现顽固性的免疫性膀胱出血者临床少见。本文介绍1例宫颈癌患者免疫疗法后出现顽固性免疫性膀胱出血的诊疗护理过程。该患者既往有膀胱镜下电凝止血、髂内动脉栓塞术后持续膀胱冲洗等治疗史。在我院从预防膀胱痉挛、给予患者心理支持和疏导、压疮预防、饮食和用药等护理,并结合激素治疗和抗感染治疗后达到膀胱止血。Refractory immune bladder bleeding in cervical squamous cell carcinoma is rare in clinical practice.This article reported the treatment and nursing care of a patient with refractory immune bladder bleeding after immunotherapy for cervical cancer.The patient had history of electrocoagulation and hemostasis under cystoscope,continuous bladder irrigation after internal iliac artery embolization,etc.The bladder hemostasis was finally achieved after prevention of bladder spasm,psychological support and drainage for the patient,prevention of pressure sores,diet and medication,combined with hormone therapy and anti-infection therapy.
