摘 要:为研究不锈钢管约束钢筋再生混凝土短柱受压力学性能,进行了6个圆形和6个方形截面轴压短柱的试验研究,主要研究参数为不锈钢管厚度(1.4、1.9 mm)、再生砖骨料掺量(0%、50%、100%)和柱类型(不锈钢管约束钢筋再生混凝土短柱、不锈钢管钢筋再生混凝土短柱和钢筋再生混凝土短柱),获得了破坏形态、荷载-应变关系、极限荷载、刚度和延性等性能。结果表明:不锈钢管的约束作用提高了短柱的承载力和延性,承载力随再生砖骨料掺量增加而减小,再生砖骨料掺量100%时圆形和方形截面短柱承载力比无掺入情况分别下降23.6%和39.5%;再生砖骨料掺量越大,短柱的轴压刚度越小,不锈钢管壁厚从1.4 mm变化到1.9 mm对轴压刚度影响不大;再生砖骨料高掺量情况或增加不锈钢管厚度可显著提高短柱延性。同时,修正了现有圆形截面的约束混凝土本构模型,建立了不锈钢管约束钢筋再生混凝土短柱的有限元模型进行轴压性能分析,有限元计算结果和试验结果吻合良好。对114个不同参数下短柱模型进行计算,提出了圆形和方形截面不锈钢管约束再生混凝土短柱轴压承载力和刚度设计方法。In order to study the compressive behavior of recycled reinforced concrete(RRC)columns confined by stainless steel tubes(SST),six circular and six square stub columns were tested under axial compression.The variables in the test were thickness of stainless steel(1.4 mm and 1.9 mm),recycled brick aggregate(RBA)content(0,50%and 100%)and type of the column(RRC confined by SST,RRC filled by SST and RRC).The failure pattern,load-strain relationship,bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility were obtained.The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of the column are improved by the confinement of SSTs.The bearing capacity decreases with the increase in RBA content.The bearing capacity with the RBA content of 100%for circular and square specimens decreases by 23.6%and 39.5%,respectively,compared with the column without RBA content.The increasing RBA content decreases the axial compressive stiffness of the members,while the effect is minor when the SST thickness varies from 1.4 mm to 1.9 mm.Increasing the RBA content or thickness of SST can significantly improve the ductility of the columns.The existing circular confined concrete model was modified,and the finite element(FE)model was built to analyze the axial compressive performance of RRC stub columns confined by SSTs.The FE calculated results agree well with the test results.A total of 114 axial compressive examples with various parameters were calculated,and the design methods of axial compressive bearing capacity and stiffness of circular and square RRC columns confined by SSTs were proposed.
