政党中心主义视角下中国共产党与中国政治发展探析

摘　　要：长期以来,社会中心主义和国家中心主义作为分析发展中国家政治的两种主要范式备受推崇。但这两种范式都有强烈的前提预设:国家和社会二分,和以此为基础的政治发展的终极导向——西方“宪政民主”制度。由于中国与西方国家的发展历程和政治制度等方面存在差异,执政党在中国政治发展进程中具有无可替代的中心地位。近年来国内学者提出了用政党中心主义,而非社会中心主义范式和国家中心主义范式来分析中国政治的发展。因此,以政党中心主义为视角来对中国共产党与中国政治发展的关系进行回顾与阐释,可以阐明强大的政党对于中国现代国家形成的关键作用,从而更好地理解中共与中国政治发展的关系,更加坚定地走中国特色的现代化之路。For a long time,the social centralism paradigm and the state centralism paradigm have been highly respected as the two main paradigms for analyzing the politics of developing countries.However,both theories have strong presuppositions:the dichotomy of state and society,and the ultimate orientation of political development based on this-the western“constitutional democracy”system.Due to the differences in the development process and political system between China and Western countries,the ruling party has an irreplaceable central position in the process of China’s political development.In recent years,domestic scholars have proposed to analyze the development of Chinese politics with the paradigm of party centralism,rather than the paradigm of social centralism and the paradigm of state centralism.Therefore,reviewing and explaining the relationship between the Communist Party of China and China’s political development from the perspective of party centralism can clarify the key role of powerful political parties in the formation of China’s modern country,so as to better understand the relationship between the Communist Party of China and China’s political development,and more firmly take the road of modernization with Chinese characteristics.
