摘　　要：共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质体现,而实施乡村振兴战略是实现共同富裕的应有之义和必经之路。在此过程中,富民金融成为推动乡村振兴的重要助力。当前,农村金融供给存在着金融资源错配、绿色金融供给不足、数字化建设滞后、金融产品结构单一等问题,难以满足乡村振兴建设的需要。为了更好地服务乡村振兴,发展农村金融应以市场为基、政策为引制定农村金融供给顶层设计,通过多元供给、金融创新健全农村金融供给体系。同时,在农村金融机构数字化转型的基础上,加快金融科技布局,并以此提高普惠金融可得性与精准度、增加绿色金融供给途径。此外,通过监管制度的完善和监管技术的革新,完善农村金融监管体系,维护农村金融市场稳定发展。Common prosperity is the embodiment of the essence of Chinese path to modernization,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the proper meaning and the only way to achieve common prosperity.In this process,Enriching people finance is an important support for promoting rural revitalization.At present,there are problems in the supply of rural finance,such as misallocation of financial resources,insufficient supply of green finance,lagging digital construction,and a single structure of financial products,which are difficult to meet the needs of rural revitalization construction.In order to better serve rural revitalization,the development of rural finance should be based on the market and guided by policies to formulate the top-level design of rural financial supply,improve the rural financial supply system through diversified supply and financial innovation,and accelerate the layout of financial technology on the basis of digital transformation of rural financial institutions to improve the accessibility and accuracy of inclusive finance and increase the supply of green finance.In addition,through the improvement of the regulatory system and the application of supervision,improve the rural financial supervision system and maintain the stable development of the rural financial market.
