摘　　要：数字贸易是驱动消费规模增长和提质升级的重要抓手。选取省级面板数据研究数字贸易对居民消费提质升级的影响,研究结果显示:(1)整体上,数字贸易能够驱动居民消费提质升级,具体表现为品质消费规模扩大、消费质量提升和消费结构升级;(2)数字贸易对居民消费结构升级存在非线性影响,随着数字贸易发展水平的提升,数字贸易驱动消费结构升级的作用强度会经历先增强后减弱的倒U型变化趋势;(3)数字贸易能通过产业结构升级和消费需求增长驱动消费质量提升;(4)不同收入水平下数字贸易驱动消费结构升级存在门槛效应,数字贸易对低收入水平居民的驱动作用更强;(5)数字贸易对不同地区居民消费提质升级的影响方式与程度不一致,呈现出地区异质性。Consumption is the starting point and final link of social reproduction.As the global economy remains sluggish,and external demand has dropped significantly,the role of consumption in pulling and driving economic growth has become more prominent.At the new stage of development,it is necessary to innovate the supply system that matches changes in consumer demand,and optimize the channels and platforms for consumption realization.Digital technology has innovated the way of trade,and digital trade has become a new channel for foreign transactions and exchanges,effectively linking domestic and external demand,and matching demand and supply.The development of digital trade provides residents with diversified consumption objects,convenient consumption channels and a high-quality consumption environment,so it is an important starting point to expand the consumption scale and upgrade consumption quality.Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital trade on the upgrading of residentsconsumption.On this basis,the paper further studies the nonlinear impact,impact mechanism,income and regional heterogeneity of digital trade on the upgrading of residentsconsumption.The findings are as follows.First,digital trade can drive the upgrading of residentsconsumption,which is reflected in the expansion of high-quality consumption,improvement of consumption quality and upgrading of consumption structure.Second,digital trade has a non-linear impact on the upgrading of residentsconsumption structure.With the development of digital trade,the effect intensity of digital trade driving the upgrading of consumption structure will experience an inverted U-shaped trend.Third,digital trade improves consumption quality through the upgrading of industrial structure and the growth of consumer demand.Fourth,at different income levels,digital trade has a significant threshold effect to drive the upgrading of consumption structure,and it has a stronger driving eff
