摘　　要：为切实推进QHSE体系建设落实落地,按照策划、实施、检查、改进的体系运行机制进行探索与实践,某企业以运行问题为切入点,以审核结果为导向,多措并举精准改进,着重提升体系执行力、问题整改有效性,落实体系要素责任。近年来,通过推进QHSE体系建设,企业内外部审核评级稳中有进,严重问题和重复出现问题的数量不断减少,现场管理水平不断提升。QHSE体系将先进安全生产理念和体系管理机制深度融入生产经营工作,促进安全生产各项工作取得进步,安全生产形势总体向好。In order to effectively promote the implementation of QHSE management system comstruction,exploration and practice are carried out according to the plan,implementation,inspection and improvement.Taking the operating problems as the entry point and result as the guidance,the enterprise carries out multiple measures to improve accurately,focuses on improving the execution of the system,the effectiveness of problem rectification,and implements the responsibility of the system elements.By promoting QHSE management system comstruction,internal and external audit ratings have been improved stably,the number of serious problems and repeated problems has been reduced,and the field management level has been continuously improved in recent years.The QHSE management system comstruction integrate the advanced safety production concepts and system management mechanism into the production and management deeply,promotes the progress of the work of safety production,and the overall situation of safety production is good.
