摘 要:山区地质灾害频发、管道管理难度大,开展山区管道完整性管理对预防山区天然气管道事故、保障山区管道正常运行具有十分重要的意义。文章针对山区管道敷设特点,从“人、机、环境”三个角度出发,构建了山区管道完整性管理流程,分析了管理过程中的难点,提出山区管道应建立主动式的防护体系。利用卫星、无人机、光纤等先进技术构建管道风险智能监控网络,并详细分析了这些技术的原理和用途,搭建了山区管道智能防护体系,研究成果可以为山区天然气管道完整性管理提供参考。Geological disasters occur frequently in mountainous areas,producing some problems in pipeline management.It is of great significance to carry out pipeline integrity management in mountainous areas to prevent natural gas pipeline accidents in these areas and ensure the normal operation of pipelines in mountainous areas.Aiming at the characteristics of pipeline in mountainous areas,this paper constructs the integrity management process of pipeline in mountainous areas from the three perspectives of“man,machine,environment”,analyzes the difficulties in the management process,and puts forward that active protective system should be established for pipeline in mountainous areas.The intelligent monitoring network of pipeline risk is constructed by using advanced technologies such as satellite,UAV and optical fiber,and the principle and application of these technologies are analyzed in detail,and the intelligent protection system of mountain pipeline has been built.The research results can provide reference for the integrity management of natural gas pipeline in mountainous areas.
