摘  要:对气田采出水进行雾化蒸发减量,将大幅降低后续热蒸馏处理工艺的成本。研制出雾化蒸发试验装置,并通过现场试验揭示影响因素作用规律,得出提高水温、降低盐度有助于雾化蒸发效果的提高。水温每提高10℃(20→30→40℃),蒸发效果提高10%;盐度从0 mg/L增加到7×10^(4)mg/L,蒸发效果降低10%;雾化液滴直径在150μm以下比直径在200~300μm的蒸发量增加30%。同时验证了装置在防雾滴漂移污染环境的有效性,兼顾蒸发率和防雾滴漂移的最佳直径为100~150μm,最佳风速≤0.4 m/s。The atomization evaporation reduction of produced water in the gas field will greatly reduce the cost of subsequent thermal distillation process.The atomization evaporation test device is developed,and the functional law of influencing factors are revealed through the field tests.It is concluded that increasing water temperature and reducing salinity help to improve the effect of atomization evaporation.When the water temperature increases by 10℃(20→30→40℃),the evaporation effect increases by 10%.When the salinity increases from 0 mg/L to 7×10^(4) mg/L,the evaporation effect decreases by 10%.The evaporation of atomized droplets with a diameter below 150μm is 30%higher than that of droplets with a diameter between 200-300μm.At the same time,the effectiveness of the device in anti-droplet drift pollution environment is verified.Considering evaporation rate and anti-droplet drift,the best diameter is 100-150μm,and the best wind speed is less than or equal to 0.4 m/s.
