摘  要:甲酸因其酸性而具有良好的抑制细菌能力,同时其分子量小易分解,不易在动物体内残留,但甲酸的强酸性对胃黏膜和肠道有刺激性和腐蚀性。可将甲酸制成甲酸衍生物,不仅有甲酸的抑菌能力,同时避免其腐蚀性。文章详细探讨了两种常见的甲酸衍生物(甲酸铵和二甲酸钾)的合成方法和应用领域,并对今后研究方向和市场进行展望。Formic acid has good antibacterial activity due to its acidity,and its molecular weight is small and easy to decompose,making it less likely to remain in animals.However,the strong acidity of formic acid is irritating and corrosive to the gastric mucosa and intestines.Making into formic acid derivatives by formie acid not only has the antibacterial ability of formic acid,but also avoids its corrosiveness.The article discusses in detail the synthesis methods and application fields of two common formic acid derivatives(ammonium formate and potassium diformate),and prospects future research directions and markets.
