摘　　要：介绍了独山子石化分公司300 kt/a高密度聚乙烯装置耐开裂聚乙烯(PE100-RC)管材专用料TUB121RCB的生产开发情况。通过连续自成核退火(SSA)测试确定了PE100-RC产品结构特点。评价了TUB121RCB的基础物性、力学性能、静液压性能、耐快速裂纹扩展性能和耐慢速裂纹增长性能。结果表明:TUB121RCB力学性能与参比树脂相当,加工性能较好;产品的静液压试验、耐慢速裂纹增长试验和耐快速裂纹扩展试验全部通过测试,满足了PE100-RC的性能要求。The production and development of a special material TUB121RCB for cracking resistant polyethylene(PE100-RC)pipes produced by 300 kt/a high density polyethylene plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical company were introduced.The structural characteristics of PE100-RC products were determined through continuous self nucleation annealing(SSA)testing.The basic physical properties,mechanical properties,hydrostatic properties,rapid crack propagation resistance and slow crack growth resistance of TUB121RCB were evaluated.The results show that the mechanical properties of TUB121RCB are equivalent to those of the reference resin,and the processing performance is good.The hydrostatic test,slow crack growth resistance test and rapid crack propagation resistance test of the products have all passed,and the products meet the performance requirements of PE100-RC.
