摘　　要：根据我国工程造价改革工作方案,行业预算定额即将停止发布。施工企业需要尽快开展企业定额建设,以满足自身经营管理需要。本文针对当前施工企业在定额建设中存在的问题和困难,深入分析定额工作特点,提出重视工作策划、研究编制方法、强化数据管理等方法和措施,以搞好企业定额建设工作。According to the work plan for China’sengineering cost reform,the industry budget quota is about to be discontinued.Construction enterprises need to carry out enterprise quota construction as soon as possible to meet their own business management needs.This article focuses on the problems and difficulties in current construction enterprises’quota construction,deeply analyzes the characteristics of quota work,and proposes methods and measures such as emphasizing work planning,researching compilation methods,and strengthening data management to do a good job in enterprise quota construction.
