归芎通痹散治疗不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察归芎通痹散治疗不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组予常规西医药物治疗方案,治疗组在对照组基础上加用归芎通痹散治疗,疗程均为两周。比较两组治疗前后心绞痛积分水平、中医证候评分、心电图治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后静息心电图ST-T改变较前均有改善,其中治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组的为80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状积分、心绞痛积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:归芎通痹散对不稳定型心绞痛治疗效果较好,可以有效缓解患者胸痛胸闷等症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guixiong Tongbi powder on unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of heart-blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of eligible patients with unstable angina pectoris with syndrome of heart-blood stasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Guixiong Tongbi powder on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Angina pectoris score,TCM syndrome score and efficacy of electrocardiogram were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:ST-T changes of resting electrocardiogram of patients were improved in two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,while that of control group was 80%,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).TCM symptom score and angina pectoris score of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Guixiong Tongbi powder on unstable angina pectoris is better,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of chest pain and chest distress etc.of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
