健脾理气降脂汤治疗单纯性肥胖临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾理气降脂汤治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予单纯的饮食运动干预,治疗组在对照组基础上予健脾理气降脂汤口服,疗程12周。分析两组患者治疗效果、安全性、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平均低于对照组,且组内前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾理气降脂汤治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖,可明显改善患者体重、腰围、臀围,降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction on simple obesity.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with simple obesity with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple diet and exercise intervention,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Therapeutic effect,safety,serum total cholesterol(TC),trigl yceride(TG),body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and hip circumference of patients were analyzed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the levels of body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,hip circumference,serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)of treatment group were lower than those of ontrol group,and the difference was statistically significant compared before treatment with after treatment in the group(P﹤0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Jianpi Liqi Jiangzhi decoction for treating simple obesity with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnancy can significantly improve the body weight,waist circumference and hip circumference of patients,and reduce the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG).Its clinical efficacy is better。
