甲钴胺穴位注射治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲钴胺穴位注射治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的62例2型糖尿病性周围神经病变患者,随机分为两组各31例。两组均接受基础治疗,对照组予甲钴胺片口服治疗;治疗组予甲钴胺注射液0.5 mg注射双侧足三里、悬钟穴位。两组疗程均为30天。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、多伦多临床评分(TCSS)的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的67.74%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分和多伦多临床评分(TCSS)均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用甲钴胺注射液穴位注射治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变能够改善患者临床症状,临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of mecobalamine on type 2 diabetes mellitus-caused peripheral neuropathy.Methods:62 cases of eligible patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus�caused peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.In addition,the control group was treated with oral mecobalamin tablets,while the treatment group was treated with 0.5 mg mecobalamin injection that was injected into bilateral ST 36 and GB39.For both groups,the course of treatment was 30 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score and Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.55%,which was higher than 67.74%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment in two groups,TCM syndrome score and TCSS of patients were lower than before treatment(P﹤0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of mecobalamin for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus-caused peripheral neuropathy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical efficacy is better.
