摘 要:为了获得一级气体炮冲击响应分布特征的时变规律,基于动高压理论构建了一级气体炮的内弹道方程,研制了发射口径为50 mm弹丸质量大于1 kg的一级气体炮,并对不同出膛速度和不同质量弹丸发射响应试验测试,分析了冲击响应时域、频域和时频特征规律。试验测试结果分析表明:构建的内弹道方程能准确描述弹丸质量、压力等参数对出膛速度的关系;频谱密度主要分布在400~460 Hz、732~742 Hz、1 015~1 035 Hz和1 083~1 416 Hz四个频段,冲击响应谱线幅值随弹丸出膛速度呈线性增大,频谱区域分布宽度则线性变窄;弹丸出膛速度对频谱能量密度分布高频时变集中特性更加显著。该研究为气动发射在相关领域应用中的设计、冲击评估提供最基本的响应谱线。In order to obtain the time-varying law of the impact response distribution characteristics of the single stage light gas gun,the internal ballistic equation of the single stage light gas gun was constructed based on the dynamic and high pressure theory,and a single stage light gas gun with a projectile mass greater than 1kg and a launching caliber of 50mm was developed.The time-domain,frequency domain and time-frequency characteristics of the impact response were analyzed by testing the launching response of projectiles with different muzzle velocities and masses.The analysis of experimental test results shows that the constructed internal ballistic equation can accurately describe the relationship between projectile mass,pressure and other parameters and the muzzle velocity.The spectral density distributed over four frequency bands:400~460 Hz,732~742 Hz,1015~1035 Hz and 1083~1416 Hz.The amplitude of the impact response spectral line increases linearly with the projectile exit velocity,and the distribution width of the spectral area narrows linearly.The projectile exit velocity has a more significant effect on the high-frequency time-varying concentration characteristics of spectral energy density distribution.It provides the most basic response spectral lines for the design and impact evaluation of pneumatic launch in related field applications.
