摘 要:日本福岛核事故后,为满足国家核安全规划中要求的堆芯损坏频率和大量放射性释放频率概率安全目标,增强应对类似福岛核事故的超设计基准事故能力,对ACPR1000技术方案进行了大胆的创新和突破,核电厂纵深防御策略为了应对超设计基准事故,提出了在主控室单独设置多样性人机接口盘和严重事故盘的新要求,高标准严要求下的方案设计与主控室有限的空间和降低建造成本产生了矛盾,通过研究将后备盘/大屏幕/多样性人机接口盘/严重事故处理盘等整合为一体化安全控制盘台的方案,以期降低核电厂运行人因失误风险,提升人员可靠性,促进核电厂安全生产,以达到保障国家核安全的目标。After the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan,in order to meet the probabilistic safety objectives of core damage frequency and large amount of radioactive release frequency required by the national nuclear safety plan and enhance the ability to deal with beyond-design basis accidents like Fukushima nuclear accident,ACPR1000 technical scheme has made bold innovations and breakthroughs to deal with beyond-design basis accidents,and the defense-in-depth strategy of nuclear power plant puts forward new requirements of setting diverse human interface panel and severe accident panel separately in the main control room.The scheme design under high standards and strict requirements conflicts with the limited space of the main control room and reducing construction costs.The scheme of integrated safety control disk is studied,in order to reduce the risk of human error in nuclear power plant operators,improve the reliability of personnel,promote the safe operation of nuclear power plants,and achieve the goal of ensuring national nuclear safety.
