摘 要:某核电厂立式长轴液下泵自安装以来电机振动大,超过运行限值。为查找振动原因,在核电现场进行了泵组振动测量,通过频谱分析和固有频率分析,诊断出电机振动超标的根本原因是泵组基础刚度不足引发的结构共振。根据现场设备安装情况,制定基础改造方案,在方案实施后,电机振动降至合格水平,满足运行标准。In a nuclear power plant,the long-shaft underwater pump motor has a large vibration since its installation,which exceeded the operating limit.In order to find out the cause of vibration,the vibration measurement of the pump group was carried out in the nuclear power plant site.Through spectrum analysis and natural frequency analysis,it was diagnosed that the root cause of the motor vibration exceeding the standard was structural resonance caused by insufficient foundation stiffness of the pump group.According to the equipment site installation,the foundation transformation plan is formulated.After the implementation of the plan,the motor vibration is reduced to the qualified level and meets the operation standard.
