摘 要:核电机组换料大修装、卸料前反应堆水池充满水后水质浑浊将导致无法正常执行装、卸料工作,从而延误大修主线,延长大修工期,给核电厂带来较大经济损失。本文根据M310型压水堆机组换料大修期间一回路冷却剂及反应堆水池水质变化情况进行全面分析,识别出可能导致反应堆水池充水后水质浑浊的主要因素,并结合机组大修期间相关系统实际运行工况综合考虑分别制定对应的改进策略,经实际验证效果显著,能够有效改善反应堆水池充水后水质浑浊度,可供同行电厂参考。The turbidity of the water quality after the reactor pool is filled with water before the refueling outage loading and unloading of the nuclear power plant will cause the loading and unloading work to be unable to be carried out normally,thus delaying the main line of outage,prolonging the outage period,and bringing great economic losses to the power plant.Based on a comprehensive analysis for changing of the primary coolant,and the water quality of the reactor pool during the refueling outage of the M310 PWR unit,this paper identifies the main factors that may lead to the turbability of the water quality of the reactor pool after water filling,and makes corresponding improvement strategies based on the actual operating conditions of relevant systems during the outage.It can effectively improve the turbidity of the water after the reactor pool is filled with water,which can be used as reference for other power plants.
