摘 要:目前设备抗震分析的方法主要有等效静力法、反应谱法和时程分析法。反应谱法由于较高的计算精度和计算效率在设备抗震分析中广泛应用。核电厂设计中,土建结构专业计算出楼层响应谱,其他专业在楼层响应谱基础上进行本专业的抗震设计。在工艺管道抗震分析中,设备接管处通常作为管道分析模型的锚固点,并施加楼层响应谱。此方法未考虑设备对地震传递的影响,特别对于基频小于楼层响应谱截止频率的设备,设备对地震载荷的传递有明显的影响,管道在进行管道抗震分析时应在接管位置施加接管地震谱以保证计算结果的准确性。本文以楼层响应谱为基础,提出了设备接管地震谱的计算流程、计算方法和分析步骤,为核电厂管道和部件进行抗震分析提供参考。At present,the methods of seismic analysis mainly include equivalent static analysis,response spectrum analysis and time course analysis.The reaction spectrum analysis has been widely used in the equipment seismic analysis due to its high calculation accuracy and calculation efficiency.In the design of a nuclear power plant,the civil engineering structure calculates the floor response spectrum,and other professions carry out the seismic design based on the floor response spectrum.In the seismic analysis of the process pipeline,the equipment nozzle is usually used as the anchor point of the pipe analysis model,and the floor response spectrum is applied.This method does not consider the influence of the equipment on the seismic transmission.For the equipment whose first order inherent frequency is less than the floor response spectrum cut-off frequency,the equipment has obvious impact on the transmission of seismic load.The nozzle seismic spectrum should be applied at the nozzle to ensure the accuracy of the calculation results.Based on the floor response spectrum,this paper p roposes the calculation process,calculation method and analysis steps of the seismic spectrum of the equipment nozzle,so as to provide a reference for the seismic analysis of the pipelines and components of nuclear power plants.
