摘 要:汽轮发电机组运行过程中,机组轴系振动是其运行状态的重要参数,对评估机组运行安全有较大的作用。汽轮发电机组如果在运行过程中出现异常振动,则易引起机组停机。本文主要论述了国内某核电机组调试期间,在非核蒸汽冲转、核蒸汽冲转等其他试验工况或功率平台下汽轮发电机组的振动情况,对期间发生的振动爬升现象进行原因分析以及给出了处理建议,最后总结了机组轴系振动情况的经验反馈。During the operation of a steam turbine generator,the vibration of the unit shaft system is an important parameter of its operating state,which plays a significant role in evaluating the safety of the unit operation.If abnormal vibration occurs during the operation of a steam turbine generator,it is easy to cause the unit to shut down.This report mainly summarizes the vibration situation of the steam turbine generator during the commissioning period of a nuclear power plant.Under other test conditions such as non nuclear steam impulse starting and nuclear steam impulse starting or power platforms.It analyzes the reasons for the vibration climbing phenomenon that occurred during the period and provides treatment suggestions.Finally,it summarizes the experience feedback on the vibration situation of the unit shaft system.
