佤族地区“药用自然资源库”向“大健康产业宝库”发展转型的研究——基于生态经济学的视角

摘　　要：佤族偏居滇西南一隅,因长期处于区位交通条件不便、民族演进缓慢等状态,致使其经济社会发展滞后,群众生活水平与发达地区存在较大差距。从生态经济学视角来看,其必须抓住国家繁荣发展绿色经济的机遇,深度挖掘和利用本民族药用自然资源,实现民族传统文化、优势绿色资源与地方经济的融合共生。于此,紧扣佤族药用资源与本土生态的互濡,从以信息化手段搭建佤族医药大健康数据库,以机制创新提高佤族医药产业绿色全要素生产率,以专业化分工演进促进佤族医药专业水平提升等举措出发,积极探寻实现佤族地区将“药用自然资源库”转变为“大健康产业宝库”的实践进路,助力本地区跨越式发展。The Wa ethnic group is located in the southwestern part of Yunnan,and due to long-term in⁃convenient transportation conditions and slow ethnic evolution,their economic and social development lags behind,resulting in a significant gap in people’s living standards compared to developed areas.From the perspective of ecological economics,it is necessary to seize the opportunity of national pros⁃perity and development of green economy,deeply explore and utilize the medicinal natural resources,and achieve the integration and coexistence of traditional ethnic culture,advantageous green resources,and local economy.Starting from the interaction between the medicinal resources of the Wa ethnic group and the local ecology,we will actively explore practical approaches to transform the“medicinal natural resource pool”into a“treasure trove of the health industry”in the Wa ethnic group area by building a Wa ethnic medicine big health database through information technology,improving the green total factor productivity of the Wa ethnic medicine industry through mechanism innovation,and promot⁃ing the improvement of the professional level of Wa ethnic medicine through the evolution of special⁃ized division of labor,so as to promote the rapid development of the area.
