摘 要:针对加工中心可靠性评价的复杂性,提出基于改进熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联相结合的方法。利用改进熵权法对平均无故障工作时间、平均首次失效前工作时间、平均修复时间3个指标进行赋权,得出故障概率最大的子系统。应用TOPSIS-灰色关联方法对发生故障概率最大的子系统建立决策矩阵,计算正理想解和负理想解,得出灰色关联相对贴近度,最终得到各故障模式重要程度的排序。同时与传统频次法进行对比分析,结果表明:采用改进熵权与TOPSIS-灰色关联法对加工中心可靠性评价更合理。Aiming at the complexity of machining center reliability evaluation,a method based on improved entropy weight-TOPSIS-grey correlation was proposed.The subsystem with the highest probability of failure was obtained by using the improved entropy weight for the three indexes:mean time between failures,mean time to first failure and mean time to restoration.The TOPSIS-grey correlation method was used to establish the decision matrix for the subsystem with the highest probability of failure,the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution were calculated,the relative closeness degree of grey correlation was obtained,and finally the ranking of the importance degree of each fault mode was acquired.Compared with the traditional frequency method,the results show that it is more rea⁃sonable to use the improved entropy weight and TOPSIS-grey correlation method to evaluate the reliability of machining center.
