摘 要:本文主要论述了湿法炼锌三段逆锑净化工艺中,新液沉积渣在电解废液中溶解后,对电解工序造成影响的原因及处理办法。湿法炼锌三段逆锑净化工艺,主要分为一段加自产锌粉除铜镉、二段加合金锌粉(加锑盐)除钴镍,三段净化除残镉。通过实验研究表明锑盐在湿法炼锌系统新液、废液中存在微量溶解现象,当新液沉积渣量较大时,会给电解工序造成反溶、烧板等严重影响产量与经济效益的生产事故。This paper discusses the causes and treatment methods of the influence of newly formed deposits on the electrolysis process after being dissolved in the spent electrolysis liquid in the three-stage reverse antimony purification process of hydrometallurgy for zinc production.The three-stage antimony purification process for zinc hydrometallurgy is mainly divided into three stages:adding self-produced zinc powder to remove copper and cadmium in the first stage,adding alloy zinc powder(plus antimony salts) to remove cobalt and nickel in the second stage,and purifying and removing residual cadmium in the third stage.Experimental research has shown that antimony salts exist in trace amounts in the new and waste streams of zinc hydrometallurgy systems.When the amount of slag deposited in the new liquid is relatively large,production accidents such as backmixing and burn-through of the platen during the electrolytic process can severely affect output and economic efficiency.
