摘　　要：本文介绍了进口废铅蓄电池破碎机转子的研制过程,结合使用环境、原始数据及理论分析有针对性的研究了其构成及各部分材质,并结合使用要求拟定了关键加工工艺,确保破碎机转子顺利自制并使用三年以上,有效的保证生产正常进行并降低了维护保养费用。This paper introduces the development process of the imported waste lead-acid battery crusher rotor,and studies its composition and material of each part in combination with the use environment,original data and theoretical analysis.It has been successfully self-made and used for more than three years,effectively ensuring the normal production and reducing maintenance costs.
