摘  要:针对锂辉石矿物嵌布粒度粗,细碎后易解离的特点,结合锂辉石矿物与石英、长石等脉石矿物存在明显密度差异等特征,采用重介质旋流器对不同地区锂辉石矿进行了重介质试验。结果发现,不同地区锂辉石均可通过重介质选矿,提前获得高品质锂辉石精矿产品,同时抛除大量尾矿产品,极大降低入磨量,显著降低了锂辉石选矿成本,提高选厂经济效益。Due to the characteristics of coarse dissemination and easy dissociation of spodumene minerals after crushing,combined with the obvious density differences between spodumene minerals and gangue minerals such as quartz and feldspar,heavy-medium cyclone tests were conducted on spodumene ores from different regions using heavy-medium cyclones.The results revealed that spodumene from various regions can be beneficiated through dense-medium separation,enabling the early acquisition of high-quality spodumene concentrate products while discarding a substantial amount of tailings products.This not only greatly reduces the amount of feed to the mill but also significantly decreases the cost of spodumene beneficiation,ultimately enhancing the economic efficiency of the beneficiation plant.
