摘　　要：矿山安全培训在管理中是不可缺少的重要环节,是提升从业人员的安全风险辨识能力、提高员工安全生产意识和强化安全生产技能的重要保障。传统的矿山安全培训,无系统的培训体系建设,无法确保培训计划、培训内容与被培训人员的关联性,致使培训计划落空,培训过程基本流于形式,员工培训档案未形成信息化管理和培训数据统计分析难等,是矿山安全培训管理的一个困扰,而希尔威矿业有限公司采用“事事明”软件实现了课件开发管理、申报培训计划、发布培训任务、培训记录、培训评估、数据统计分析及一人一档的建立。Mine safety training is an indispensable link in management,which is an important guarantee for improving the safety risk identification ability of employees,improving employees' safety production awareness and strengthening safety production skills.Traditional mine safety training,no systematic training system construction,can not ensure the training plan,training content and the relevance of the trained personnel,resulting in the failure of the training plan,the training process is basically formal,the staff training file does not form information management and training data statistical analysis difficult,etc.,is a problem in mine safety training management,and Hilway Mining Co.,Ltd.uses "Facts Ming" software to achieve courseware development management,declaration of training plans,release of training tasks,training records,training evaluation,Data statistical analysis and establishment of one person and one file.
