摘  要:随着对材料摩擦、润滑、粘结、吸附等表面现象研究的深入,各种新型复合涂层材料快速发展并开始逐渐取代传统材料。各种表面工程技术目的是为了制造高硬度及耐磨性优异的复合涂层,通过不同技术获得的涂层仍存在不同程度的孔隙率、结合强度低、断裂韧性低等缺陷,大量研究表明稀土及其氧化物对于改善涂层组织及性能起到了重要作用。本文综述了稀土及其氧化物对涂层微观组织及晶粒的影响及其对力学性能、摩擦学性能的改善效果,并分析了稀土的影响作用机制。在此基础上,探讨了稀土改性涂层的发展前景。With the deepening of research on surface phenomena such as friction,lubrication,adhesion and adsorption of materials,various new composite coating materials have rapidly developed and gradually replaced traditional materials.The purpose of various surface engineering technologies is to produce composite coatings with high hardness and excellent wear resistance.The coatings obtained by different technologies still have different degrees of porosity,low bonding strength,low fracture toughness and other defects.A large number of studies show that rare earth and its oxides play an important role in improving the microstructure and performance of the coatings.This article reviews the effects of rare earths and their oxides on microstructure and grain size of coatings,as well as their improvement effects on mechanical and tribological properties,and analyzes the mechanism of the influence of rare earths.On this basis,the development prospects of rare earth modified coatings are discussed.
