摘　　要：苏共二十大是苏联历史上一次重要会议,也是国际共产主义运动史上的标志性事件。作为重要转折点,其积极作用和消极影响都是不争的事实。如果说苏共二十大是苏联迷失社会主义方向的开端,那么中共二十大则是中华民族迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的里程碑,因而重温苏共二十大可以成为理解中共二十大的一个重要切入点。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union was an important conference in Soviet history and a landmark event in the history of the international communist movement.As an important turning point,its positive and negative effects are undeniable facts.If the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union was the beginning of the Soviet Union s loss of socialist direction,then the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was a milestone for the Chinese nation on the new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.Therefore,revisiting the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union can become an important entry point for understanding the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
