摘  要:为建立高效精细的高速铁路技术改造与大修整治服务体系,针对运营期高速铁路技术改造与大修整治项目计划系统的应用现状,紧密结合高速铁路技术改造与大修整治项目精细化管理与辅助决策需求,提出系统优化总体框架及关键技术。以技术改造与大修整治关键信息提取为基础,构建技术改造与大修整治知识库,打通设备数据链条;优化设计立项管理与审批流程,实现审批流程可回转、全程消息通知及自定义配置;结合时空关联技术手段支持技术改造与大修整治设备全过程查看,构建辅助决策模型开展立项冲突检测及预算估算。分析立项管理优化应用实例、技改大修设备时空关联应用实例和立项冲突检测应用实例,为开展高速铁路技术改造与大修整治精细化管理与辅助决策提供技术支撑。In order to establish an efficient and refined service system for high speed railway technology renovation and overhaul,and in response to the current application of the project planning system for high speed railway technology renovation and overhaul during operation,this paper,in close combination with the refined management and auxiliary decision-making demand of high speed railway technology renovation and overhaul projects,proposed the overall framework and key technologies for system optimization.Based on the extraction of key information on technological transformation and overhaul,a knowledge base for technological transformation and overhaul has been constructed,with the equipment data chain connected.The design of project initiation management and approval processes were optimized to achieve a reversible approval process,full process message notification and custom configuration.By combining spatiotemporal correlation technology to support the full-process inspection of technological transformation and overhaul equipment,an auxiliary decision-making model was constructed to carry out conflict detection and budget estimation.The application examples of project initiation management optimization,spatiotemporal correlation of technical renovation and overhaul equipment and project initiation conflict detection were analyzed,providing technical support for the fine management and auxiliary decision-making of high speed railway technical renovation and overhaul.
