摘 要:大中型泵站流道通常为变截面异形混凝土结构,模板工程施工技术难度大。文章以扬州闸泵站工程异形流道施工为典型应用示范案例,介绍了“基于BIM背景异形流道预拼整体式木模多点锚拉对称浇筑施工技术”研发背景、工艺原理及技术特点、工艺流程、施工要点,简要分析了经济效益。工程应用表明:新型技术通过多点锚拉加固、分层对称浇筑以及拉绳位移传感器模板监测系统,保证了混凝土浇筑安全和成型质量。与传统复杂异形流道立模工艺相比,具有过程简单、操作简便、施工效率高、技术效益及经济效益显著的优点,可为类似大中型泵站流道施工提供质量保障。In the construction of large and medium-sized pump station channels,irregular concrete structures with varying cross-sections are commonly encountered,making formwork construction a challenging task.This paper presents the construction of irregular channels in the Yangzhou Lock Pump Station Project as a typical application and a demonstrative case study.It introduces the“BIM-Based Irregular Channel Pre-Assembly with Multi-Point Anchoring and Symmetrical Casting Construction Technology”,including the research background,process principles,technical characteristics,workflow,key construction points,and a brief analysis of economic benefits.The application of this engineering technology has demonstrated that the new approach ensures the safety and quality of concrete casting through multi-point anchoring reinforcement,layered symmetrical casting,and the use of a rope displacement sensor formwork monitoring system.Compared to traditional complex formwork processes for irregular channels,it offers advantages such as simplicity,ease of operation,high construction efficiency,significant technical and economic benefits,and can provide quality assurance for similar large and medium-sized pump station channel construction.
