摘  要:凸极率的改变会给齿槽转矩带来影响,同时相比较表贴式的结构,其更复杂的结构所带来的谐波也对电机的减振带来巨大的冲击。针对凸极效应所产生的问题,本文基于理论分析以及Ansys有限元仿真平台,对一台具有凸极效应的车用永磁同步电机进行研究,对不同凸极率对电机齿槽转矩以及径向电磁力密度进行对比分析。其次,对三维结构的定子冲片模态进行分析,讨论了可能产生共振的频率。最后,将径向电磁力与有限元模型相耦合,对电机的电磁力引起的振动进行谐响应分析,为车用永磁同步电机的凸极率选择和优化设计提供参考价值。The change of saliency ratio will have an impact on the groove torque,and at the same time,compared with the surface mounted structure,the harmonics brought by the more complex structure will also bring great impact on the vibration reduction of the motor.Aiming at the problems caused by saliency effect,based on theoretical analysis and Ansys finite element simulation platform,this paper studies a vehicle permanent magnet reluctance motor with saliency effect,and compares and analyzes the motor groove torque and radial electromagnetic force density with different saliency ratio.Secondly,this paper analyzes the stator punch mode of three-dimensional structure.The possible frequencies of resonance are discussed.Finally,the radial electromagnetic force is coupled with the finite element model,and the harmonic response of the vibration caused by the electromagnetic force of the motor is analyzed,which provides reference value for the saliency ratio selection and optimization design of the permanent magnet reluctance motor for vehicle.
