摘　　要：红色数据资源是数字时代下传承红色基因、弘扬红色文化的重要载体。从LAM红色资源的学术研究、政策导向与资源建设实践出发,分析其协同基础与动力因素,提出在原动力、内驱力和外推力的共同推动下,利用CDL-GRA模型剖析现代文化环境下LAM红色数据资源共享的机理,将主体间依赖关系、组织间领导力、主体目标一致、协同情境、需求导向、主体协同能力作为六个关键要素,根据LAM现实需求,提出从构建共享机制、激发共享活力、打造共享平台三方面实现红色数据资源共享,以此促进LAM红色数据资源共享与传播。Red data resources are an important carrier of inheriting red genes and promoting red culture in the digital age.Carrying out LAM's red data resource sharing work is conducive to polymerization resources to achieve diversified development and value creation of red culture.Based on the current status of LAM red resource construction,while clarifying its collaborative foundation and driving factors,the CDL-GRA model is used to analyze the mechanism of LAM red data resource sharing in modern cultural environments.Based on the practical needs of LAM,the implementation path of red data resource sharing is proposed to promote the dissemination of red culture.
