摘 要:为提高核废液浓缩器的换热性能,并研究带孔扰流片螺旋板式换热器在核废液浓缩中的应用。文章采用周期流模型进行数值模拟,分析了不同带孔扰流片结构参数对换热器流动阻力和换热性能的影响。结果表明:增加扰流片长度或减小间距会增强流道内的传热性能,带孔扰流片强化传热综合性能受扰流片长度变化的影响较小,扰流片间距对综合性能影响大;大孔结构会减小压降和换热系数,但综合换热性能更高。在片长60 mm、间距为100 mm、开孔直径13 mm的条件下,Re值为33238时综合性能评价系数达最大值E=0.89,Re大于49858时未开孔扰流片的综合性能更好。In order to improve the heat transfer performance of nuclear waste concentrator,the application of spiral plate heat exchanger with perforated spoiler in nuclear waste liquid concentration is studied.With the use of periodic flow model in numerical simulation,the effect of different structural parameters of perforated spoilers on the flow resistance and heat transfer performance of heat exchanger is analyzed.The results show that increasing the length of the spoiler or decreasing the spacing will enhance the heat transfer performance in the flow channel.The comprehensive performance of the enhanced heat transfer of the perforated spoiler is less affected by the change of the spoiler length,and the spacing of the spoiler has great influence on the overall performance.The large-hole structure will reduce the pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient,while the overall heat transfer performance is higher.Under the conditions of film length of 60 mm,spacing of 100 mm and opening diameter of 13 mm,the comprehensive performance evaluation coefficient is the maximum value E=0.89 when the Re number is 33238,and the comprehensive performance of the unopened spoiler is better when Re is greater than 49858.
