摘  要:轴流式通风机由于其结构紧凑、流量和压头适中而成为目前矿用主通风机主要选用的机型。为进一步探究通风机节能降耗的优化路径,该文以轴流式通风机转子和轮毂作为研究对象,重点分析转子和轮毂部位的静力学特征及可行性节能路径。通过有限元分析和数值计算后,确定转子和轮毂的中空区域可进行优化,并采用多孔材料焊接的方法进行优化。结果显示,优化后转子和轮毂中空区域的能耗显著降低,这表明此次优化达到了技术要求。The axial flow fan is the main selected model of the mining main fan for its compact structure,moderate flow and pressure head.In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the fan,in this paper,taking the rotor and hub of the axial flow fan as the research object,the statics characteristics and the possible energy-saving path of the rotor and hub are analyzed.Through the finite element analysis and numerical calculation,the feasibility of optimizing the hollow area of rotor and hub is determined,and the porous material welding method is used to optimize.The results show that the energy consumption of the optimized rotor and hub hollow area is significantly reduced,indicating that the research work has achieved initial success.
