摘 要:随着国内仓储设施的不断扩建,散粮筒仓侧壁发放装车凭借操作灵活、节能环保的优势,应用愈发广泛,作业总量显著增加。筒仓侧壁发放作业过程通常需要人员旁站操作、观测车厢装料情况、提醒司机移车,存在装载精度不可控、人力消耗大、不易管理等问题。为改善上述现状,本文提出采用筒仓侧壁装车计量控制装置,以提高装车精度和效率,优化侧壁发放无人装车新技术。With the continuous expansion of domestic warehousing facilities,the lateral distribution and loading of bulk grain silos has become increasingly widespread due to its advantages of flexible operation,energy conservation and environmental protection,and the total amount of operations has significantly increased.The process of silo sidewall distribution usually requires personnel to stand by,observe the loading situation of the carriage,and remind the driver to move the vehicle,which poses problems such as uncontrollable loading accuracy,high labor consumption,and difficult management.To improve the above situation,this article proposes the use of a silo sidewall loading measurement control device to improve loading accuracy and efficiency,and optimize the new technology of unmanned loading on the sidewall.
