摘　　要：目的探讨健康视域下开展虎符铜砭刮痧推广的现况,根据分析结果提出相应对策,为后续开展刮痧推广提供参考。方法运用SWOT分析法,剖析虎符铜贬刮痧推广的内部优势、劣势、外部机会以及威胁。结果开展刮痧社区推广的内在优势为作用广泛、疗效肯定,简便廉验、绿色安全,理论创新、优势明显。劣势为操作标准不统一,考核体系不完善,操作方法易学,刮痧手法难精。机遇为国家政策支持,健康需求增大,信息技术发展。威胁为国民文化不自信,人才储备不充分。结论开展刮痧社区推广优劣势共存,只有抓住机遇,守正创新,才能实现虎符铜贬刮痧推广健康持续进行。Objective To explore the current situation of scraping promotion of Hufu Tongluo from the perspective of healthy,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the analysis results,so as to provide reference for the subsequent scraping promotion.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats of the promotion of Hufu Copper Scraping.Results The internal advantages of community promotion of scrapping were:wide range of functions and obvious eff ect;Simple operation,safety and economy;Theoretical innovation and obvious advantages.Disadvantages:the operating standards are not uniform and the assessment system is not perfect;The operation method is easy to learn,and the scraping technique is difficult to refine.Opportunity:national policy support;Increased health needs;Development of information technology.Threat:the national culture is not confi dent;Insufficient talent reserve.Conclusion The coexistence of advantages and disadvantages in the promotion of scrapping in community can only be achieved by grasping the opportunity and keeping innovation.
