微针联合卤米松乳膏及白灵片治疗肢端白癜风效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察微针联合卤米松乳膏及白灵片治疗肢端白癜风临床效果。方法选择2017年3月—2020年5月河北工程大学皮肤科收治的80例肢端白癜风患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组予以微针联合卤米松乳膏外用及白灵片口服治疗,对照组予以卤米松乳膏外用及白灵片口服治疗。患者每月随访,6个月后观察两组治疗效果,分析比较两组患者治疗后色素积分及白斑面积。结果6个月治疗结束后,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮损色素评分及面积缩小程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论微针联合卤米松乳膏及白灵片治疗肢端白癜风皮损改善明显,效果确切,不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical eff ect of microneedle combined with halometasone cream and bailing tablet in the Treatment of acrovitiligo.Methods Totally 80 patients with stable acrovitiligo were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group and control group.Patients in each group used halometasone cream and Bailing Tablet,but the 40 patients in the treatment group were microneedle treatment once a month.All the patients go to the hospital every month and we observe the clinical eff ects and the pigment score after 6 months.Results After 6 months,the eff ective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pigment score and area reduction of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,The diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Microneedles combined with halometasone cream and Bailing tablet in the treatment of acrovitiligo skin lesions improved obviously,the eff ect was accurate,and the adverse reactions were less.
