摘　　要：高秉钧为中医外科三大派之一心得派的开创者,创造性地将温病思想与外科思想融合在一起,形成了其极具特色的学术思想。高秉钧所著《疡科心得集》详细阐述了其学术思想,其中痈疽的诊疗思路详实,治法多元,对后世中医外科学的发展产生了深远影响。通过梳理高秉钧《疡科心得集》中痈疽的诊疗体系,总结其根据不同痈疽善用清、温、攻、补等内治法,灵活选用艾灸、刀针、外敷等外治疗法以及内外合治综合运用的痈疽治疗经验,希冀对于临床医生治疗痈疽有一定指导作用,供现代研究者学习和参考。Gao Bingjun,as the founder of one of the three major schools of traditional Chinese medicine surgery,creatively integrates the idea of warm disease with the idea of surgery,and forms his unique academic thought.Gao Bingjun's book Collection of Experiences in Ulcers elaborates his academic thoughts,in which the diagnosis and treatment of carbuncles are detailed and the treatment methods are diverse,which has had a far-reaching impact on the development of TCM surgery in later generations.By combing the diagnosis and treatment system of carbuncle in Gao Bingjun's Collection of Experiences in Ulcers,and summarizing its experience in the treatment of carbuncles such as Qing,warmth,attack,and tonic according to different carbuncles,and flexibly selecting external treatment methods such as moxibustion,knife acupuncture,external application and the comprehensive application of internal and external treatment,it is hoped that it will have a certain guiding effect on clinicians in the treatment of carbuncles for modern researchers to learn and think.
