摘　　要：石南藤为少数民族习用药,药用历史悠久,可用于风寒湿痹、腰膝酸痛、阳痿、咳嗽气喘、痛经、跌打肿痛,主要含有挥发油、酰胺生物碱、木脂素、新木脂素类化学成分,具有神经保护、抗血小板聚集、抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤等活性。文章系统总结了国内外石南藤植物的化学成分、生物活性及质量控制研究的进展,为石南藤进一步开发和应用提供参考依据。Piper wallichii has been historically used as a folk medicine to treat wind-cold dampness arthralgia,pain in waist and knees,impotence,cough and asthma,dysmenorrhea,swelling and pain from falls.The plant mainly contains volatile oil,amide alkaloids,lignans and neolignans,and possessesa wide range of biological activities,such as neuroprotective,anti-platelet aggregation,antioxidant,antibacterial,antitumor and other activities.Research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and clinical applications of P.wallichii werereviewed in this paper,in order to provide a reference for further development and utilization of P.wallichii.
